Experience a new level of ease when building your P80™ with our revolutionary patent pending split rail system. Why split rails? The design allows each rail to independently align with the frame and trigger components. We take care of the hard part for you. Simply drop everything in and hammer in your pins.
As industry leaders of the 80% market, we properly engineered and manufacture our rails with a connector clearance cutout so builders can avoid the “mush” caused by other rear rail systems, keeping your trigger feeling the same way without any unnecessary filing, grinding, or “tuning”.
These rails are precision machined from solid stainless steel billet to be an upgrade from metal injection molded (MIM) and stamped rails. This also allows us to tighten up dimensional part tolerances resulting in the best slide-to-rail fitment possible.
The 5D Complete Rail Set Upgrade for P80 offers the highest value and quality when looking to improve the fitment of your Polymer80™ PF940C frame. There is no better bang for your buck.
