Each barrel is visually inspected and cleaned prior to assembly. All barrel nuts are torqued to proper specifications per Mil-Spec standards and practices. Every complete M4 upper assembly is QC inspected and headspace checked before shipment. As completed M4 carbine upper receiver assemblies are not considered firearms, no FFL is required. Ships directly to your home.
